Christina M. Devers, LCSW, NCSSW has practiced in the field of Social Work since 2001. She has been a School Social Worker with Prince William County Public Schools in Virginia since 2011. She transitioned to School Social Work after spending the first ten years of her career working with children and adolescents in foster care. Mrs. Devers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia and has also worked in the private practice setting providing play therapy to children and adolescents. Mrs. Devers earned the title National Certified School Social Worker in 2022. Mrs. Devers was named the School Social Worker of the year by the Northern Region chapter of the Virginia Association of School Social Workers in 2022. Mrs. Devers is a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Healing Centered Engagement Specialist, and an ACE Interface Instructor. She also holds a Pupil Personnel Endorsement through the Virginia Department of Education. Mrs. Devers is a member of both the Virginia Association of School Social Workers and the School Social Work Association of America.
