SUMMARY:2025 SSWAA Virtual National Conference
DESCRIPTION:SSWAA will be hosting an in-person format for our annual National Conference in 2025. SSWAA believes there is great value in gathering in person for networking and professional engagement. However\, SSWAA also understands individuals\, schools\, and communities continue to be impacted by limited ability and funding to travel. Therefore\, SSWAA is hosting a 2025 Virtual National Conference for those individuals who are not able to travel and register for the in-person event. SSWAA will be recording pre-selected sessions during the live conference event. Individuals who choose to register for the virtual conference will have access to 9 pre-selected sessions (13.5 CEs max). SSWAA will be recording pre-selected sessions during the live conference event. Individuals who choose to register for the virtual conference will have access to 9 pre-selected sessions (13.5 CEs max). Individuals will have access to these sessions over 5 weeks in an on-demand platform (9am EST on April 28\, 2025 - 5pm EST on May 30\, 2025). Virtual attendees will need to watch the full recorded session\, complete a post-test (80% passing rate)\, and complete an evaluation for credit. Upon completion\, individuals will be able to download a certificate for their records immediately. Access will end on May 30\, 2025 at 5:00pm EST\, and virtual attendees should plan accordingly to ensure adequate time to complete all needed sessions. No extensions will be available.This virtual conference format is not an extension of the in-person annual conference. This virtual conference is a separate event from the in-person event\, no registration transfer from in-person event to virtual event is available. Registration for the 2025 Virtual Conference is a separate registration and is not part of the in-person conference registration.Deadline to register for Virtual Conference Event:Registrations for the 2025 Virtual Conference will be accepted until May 16\, 2025. Any registrants after April 28\, 2025\, will be considered late registration.
